By accessing and using DabsMegaDataConnect ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Any participation in this Service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Have a valid email address and phone number
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be a resident of Ghana or have a valid Ghanaian phone number for data bundle purchases
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Service Description
DabsMegaDataConnect provides the following services:
- Mobile Data Bundles: Purchase of data bundles for MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo, and Telecel networks
- Airtime Top-up: Mobile airtime recharge services
- Agent Program: Partnership opportunities for resellers
- Wallet System: Secure digital wallet for faster transactions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
4. Account Registration and Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
5. Payments and Pricing
5.1 Pricing
All prices for our services are displayed in Ghana Cedis (₵) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
- Credit/Debit Cards via secure payment gateways
- Bank Transfers
- Wallet Balance
5.3 Transaction Fees
Transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method used. These fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- If data bundle fails to deliver within 1 hour of purchase
- If incorrect phone number was entered (verification required)
- If service is unavailable for the selected network
- Duplicate transactions
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, or state regulations
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code
- To spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DabsMegaDataConnect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
