Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DabsMegaDataConnect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Data Bundle Purchases

3.1 Order Processing

All data bundle orders are processed within 5-15 minutes after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed after 9 PM or on Sundays are processed the next business day.

3.2 Delivery

Data bundles are delivered to the provided phone number. We are not responsible for incorrect phone numbers provided by users. Please double-check your recipient number before completing the purchase.

3.3 Refunds

If an order fails, the full amount is automatically refunded to your wallet within minutes. Refunds for completed orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

4. Payments and Wallet

4.1 Wallet Balance

Your wallet balance can be used to purchase data bundles. Wallet funds are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via wallet balance and Paystack (mobile money and card payments). Paystack payments incur a 2% processing fee.

4.3 Top-ups

Wallet top-ups are processed immediately upon successful payment. The minimum top-up amount is ₵1.00.

5. Agent Program

Agents receive special pricing and earn commissions on sales. Agent terms include:

• One-time registration fee of ₵30
• Commissions are calculated based on the difference between agent price and regular price
• Agents must maintain active account status
• We reserve the right to terminate agent accounts for violation of terms

6. Referral Program

Users can earn 1GB free data for each successful referral who completes 5 orders. Referral terms:

• Referral code must be used at registration
• Reward is processed automatically after the 5th completed order
• Reward is delivered to the referrer's registered phone number
• No limit on number of referrals

7. Subvendor Program

Subvendors can integrate our services via API. Subvendor terms include:

• Business verification required
• API key must be kept confidential
• Minimum deposit required to activate API
• We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent our security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Resell data bundles without proper authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of DabsMegaDataConnect and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DabsMegaDataConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
