Getting Started
Click on the "Register" button at the top right corner of the website. Fill in your details including email and phone number. You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email to activate your account.
Account verification via email is usually instant. Check your email (including spam folder) for the 6-digit code. If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, please contact support.
Data Bundles
Data bundles are typically delivered in 10 minutes or within 15 minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 30 minutes. If your bundle is not delivered within 1 hour, please contact support.
First, ensure you entered the correct phone number and network. If the order shows as failed in your dashboard, you can request a refund to your wallet. Refunds are processed within 24 hours.
Payments & Wallet
We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and credit/debit cards through Paystack. You can also top up your wallet for faster purchases.
Log in to your account and go to "My Wallet" in the dashboard. Your current balance will be displayed along with transaction history.
