1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DabsMegaDataConnect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Data Bundle Purchases

3.1 Order Processing

All data bundle orders are processed within 5–15 minutes after successful payment confirmation.

3.2 Delivery

Data bundles are delivered to the phone number you provide at checkout.

3.3 Refunds

If an order fails, the full amount is automatically refunded to your wallet within minutes.

4. Payments and Wallet

4.1 Wallet Balance

Your wallet balance can be used to purchase data bundles and result checker pins.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via wallet balance and Paystack (mobile money and card payments).

4.3 Top-ups

Wallet top-ups are processed immediately upon successful payment. The minimum top-up amount is ₵1.00.

5. Agent Program

Agents receive special pricing and earn commissions on sales. Agent terms include:

• One-time registration fee of ₵30
• Commissions are calculated based on the difference between agent price and regular price
• Agents must maintain active account status
• We reserve the right to terminate agent accounts for violation of terms

6. Referral Program

Users can earn 1GB free data for each successful referral who completes 5 orders.

7. Subvendor Program

Subvendors can integrate our services via API. Business verification is required before access is granted.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent our security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Resell data bundles without proper authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service is the property of DabsMegaDataConnect and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DabsMegaDataConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
